@goibibo I had a booking for zostel plus wayanad last weekend which got cancelled from their end. They have requested to initiate cancellation from goibibo to initiate refund but I am not seeing any cancel option.

@bookmyshow @shudhdesicomic I had booked kal ki chinta ni show for 23 May, upon reaching the venue after spending 1 hour in traffic, it was said that show is cancelled, from next day, the app started showing show on Tue 29 July on ticket, but I dont think there is any show

@vfsglobalcare the center in Blore charged me for bronze package when I explicitly asked for courier package only, after getting caught they charged again for courier plus and asked to mail to get refund, it’s been 10 days, I am just writing mails with no response!

@VirginAtlantic I had to cancel my flight in past due to unforeseen circumstances. You guys provided me with Travel Voucher Number, which is going to expire in a few months, can you please extend it since I don’t have immediate flight plans?

@VirginAtlantic Perfect, this expiry date is common for all the vouchers and I need not worry? Also, do we need to book flight before this date or should the flight be completed before that?

@dineout_india while paying bill on 23rd September, around 22k got debited from two accounts, please escalate this issue and get it resolved. I have provided further details in email with support id: 771867.
