@MrT4000 @monzo My friend had similar with nationwide. Wanted to deposit £200 (massive right!), account frozen so couldn’t buy her kids school lunch. Spent hours on phone and in branch with rude staff, told she had to learn and study about crypto and pass a test!! Hugely upsetting and shocking
