Being an advocate of Samsung S series devices for over a decade, it's time to move on from the Samsung S series. @SamsungIndia fails to acknowledge that the green line issue on my S22 was caused by their software update and wants me to spend another 14k to repair it.

@azharulz25 @SamsungIndia initially the one I went to didn't want to create a job sheet. 2nd one have me an estimate at first, but the call centre needed a job sheet to ensure that the phone was without cracks or scratches. All the stores were not aware that S22 was covered under the replacement policy

@AnupM_07 @SamsungIndia was able to get the issue resolved after multiple visits to the Service Centre and phone calls. S22 is now covered under the screen replacement if within 3 years of purchase. Please check with your local Service Centre.
