Laws are meant to protect workers, not leave them trapped between procedures. When justice depends on a statutory Reference, delaying the same means delaying justice itself. I respectfully appeal to Hon'ble @PMOIndia to intervene before more FCI employees lose their livelihood.

IR Code, 2020 has left FCI employees caught in procedural uncertainty. The @CLCMOLE has not issued the statutory Reference, while the CGIT Lucknow (8/2026) has held that the dispute cannot be adjudicated without it.
Workers are paying the price with their jobs.

@FCI_India मे #premature_retirement को #tool बनाकर लगातार #छंटनी हो रही है, यह कर्मचारियों के साथ धोख़ा है, जबकि उन्ही कर्मचारियों ने #COVID19
महामारी के समय अपनी जान दांव पर लगाकर @narendramodi जी व @fooddeptgoi के नेतृत्व मे देश मे खाद्यान्न की निर्बाध आपूर्ति बनाऐ रखी थी।

@FCI_India के कर्मचारियों द्वारा #COVID19 महामारी के बीच दी गयी सेवाओं को प्रोत्साहित किये जाने के लिए #Special_Increment की मांग को @fooddeptgoi द्वारा ठुकराया जाना कर्मचारियों के मनोबल को कमज़ोर करता है,जबकि @cwc_warehouse मे यह मांग पूरी की गयी है।

@UPGov को अवगत कराना है कि @UppclChairman के अधीनस्थ खराब बिजली व्यवस्था को ठीक किये जाने हेतु दर्ज शिकायत संख्या MV05082305396 को लगभग 3 घंटे का समय बीतने के बावजूद अभी तक निस्तारित नही किया गया है, कृपया उचित निर्देश जारी करें।

@FCI_India के #North_Zone के कर्मचारी #JAC के माध्यम से अपनी 7 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर धरने पर हैं।
#JAC के #Agitation_Notice के अनुसार #13June2022 को FCI, Hqrs नई दिल्ली पर धरना दिया जाना है ।
FCI, Hqrs management को कर्मचारियों की सभी मांगों पर तत्काल उचित समाधान करना चाहिए।

भारतीय सेना से #PBOR श्रेणी के 55 वर्ष से पूर्व सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के @FCI_India मे re-employed होने पर pay-fixation के समय #undue_hardship की अवस्था मे service weightage का न मिलना सैकड़ों भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के साथ अन्याय है।

@FCI_India @PiyushGoyal @Secretary_DFPD @PIB_India @fooddeptgoi @AmritMahotsav Fci के जिन कर्मचारियों ने covid 19 के दौरान संक्रमण के कारण अपनी जान गवां दी उनके आश्रित को अभी तक नौकरी जारी नही की गयी है।
बिना कर्मचारियों के सहयोग के क्या FCI अपने वास्तविक उद्देश्य को पूरा कर सकता है?
विचार कीजिये।

@FCI_India के स्थापना दिवस पर सभी को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।
#COVID19 से जारी जंग में मृत्यु को प्राप्त होने वाले @FciLko में कार्यरत रहे कर्मचारियों के आश्रितों को अभी तक नौकरी न दिया जाना अत्यंत दुःखद व fci प्रबंधन की असंवेदनशीलता का स्पष्ट उदाहरण है।

@FCI_India प्रबंधन द्वारा अपनायी जा रही नीतियों के विरुद्ध @FCI_NorthZone में कार्यरत कर्मचारी एकजुट हो चुका है।
#BKNK संघ व #ESU के द्वारा बनाई गई JAC के नेतृत्व में आगामी #8_नवम्बर_2021 से आरंभ होने वाले आंदोलन के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश का प्रत्येक कर्मचारी तैयार है।
