@VirulentVulpine @TheFurryDragoon From what OP says, he's affectionate and loving to them, they just don't keep him around other cats. As long as he's isolated he's not hunting, so what's the issue? Humans did this to him by keeping him away from other cats as a kitten, it's not his fault he was never socialized.
