@cromaretail From 12th jan when I purchased Faber cooktop in Croma store till today, I haven't been able to get a guy come n install it. Bombarded with whatsapp n SMS but no solution despite calling up croma n Faber umpteen times. Very very poor customer service from a Tata brand
