@aemkei@googlemaps We could compare build numbers, but with Google's strategy of staged rollouts and different A/B testing groups, I guess it's useless. A pity too that they market features, that not all users have.
@chrisachard I just found out about the changes to the Google Photos APIs in a blog post you wrote.
If I understand correctly, developers will soon no longer be able to retrieve their own photos via the API.
I am currently using a script that retrieves my own photos from an album I know via https://t.co/zxEVbgNoI8.
Why do you make it so difficult for developers and hobbyists to use your API? Especially when they retrieve their own images?
