@CHEFSHENOY @MetropolisLab After I left the DK Sandhu chembur branch as the timeline was given for Tuesday , the staff called me to confirm that they have made special arrangement and will be able to do the test on Friday if I arrive before 8am on 21nov to give sample. It’s 26 now and the sample pending

@Wooden_street I have been waiting for a delivery for many days. Then realized you have used a wrong number on the delivery order and called your call centre multiple times to get it updated, still waiting. Can it be so difficult to get a number changed when you made a mistake ?

@ICICIBank_Care Trying to use the online chat and talk to a live agent. The challenge is that by the time I get an agent after waiting, my account auto logs out and if I continue the session, my live chat session ends. Looks like the bank has launched a chat without basic testing also !!!!

@airindiain Is the 9th Hong Kong - delhi flight cancelled ? Your website is still showing confirmed ticket but Hong Kong has banned incoming flights from india starting 8th Jan so will the outgoing flight still operate ? Unable to get any info from your call centre or chatbot.
