@msonenote That I just spent 2 hours trying to figure out why copy/pasting a note into MS Word adds extra hard returns at the end of each line in a paragraph. Found out that there is no fix and it's a longstanding bug. So before you do a visual refresh or add AI or some BS, fix your bugs.

@VishnuNath I recently stopped using OneNote because it isn't integrated with MS Office. If I could embed a Word doc in it, it would be fantastic. I used it for writing and research, but the lack of formatting tools similar to Word and the need to pages to word just ruined it for me.

@Davidmeirsiegel The price of meetup now is completely insane. $200 annually for a group of 4-5 people vs $0 for FB? And you guys really blew it during the pandemic by not partnering with Zoom or Google Meet. Website has not been updated since pre-WeWork. What do you do exactly other than travel?

@BankofAmerica I have been a small business customer for over a decade and just spent 30 minutes on your rage-inducing phone menu. I was never able to get an agent because your system did have the right option to choose from and it eventually hung up on me. TD Bank treats me better.

@snippybookshrew @sudowrite It really really sucks. I'd subscribe in a heartbeat under their flat fee. But considering I burned through their trial 4k words in an hour working on rewriting 1 paragraph, I don't see either the $10 or $30 tier lasting too long either.

@OneNotePM Will the ability to embed an editable Word doc return? I'm kind of disappointed at the lack of integration between Word and OneNote. (Trying to use OneNote like Scrivener)

@Delta I'm going to visit my very ill 87 year old mother and Delta got my husband's name incorrect on the ticket. I am unable to edit the 2nd passenger name on the site. I am unable to reach customer service by phone - 7 hr wait time. What do I do?

@maddox_sha @Delta I have the same problem. Were you ever able to get it fixed? I'm thinking of actually driving to the airport which is over an hour away from me to talk to a real human being. If they exist.

@Delta The website got the 2nd passenger's name wrong and hold time on the 800 number is 7 HOURS. SEVEN HOURS. Holy crap.

Accessibility bug after win update: favorites menu no longer shows up correctly. No longer in pulldown menu. Instead in a new style menu which is very slow. Enabling favorites bar does not work.
