Why did it take 10 days from purchase/delivery to installation? The subcontractors were lying to Croma (leaking pipes?). Utter lies to cover their ass. Installation yesterday finally completed but NO APOLOGIES FROM TATA for the fiasco.

Received 10 days ago and paid for installation. No one has yet bother to turn up. How much longer must one wait before they will be installed? @TataCompanies something seriously wrong with Croma installation team here in Delhi NCR.@CromaSupport

on 25 April Croma WhtsApp advised we'll receive a brand technician's call to book appt. No call happened, no demo, no installation. Only two workmen with a toolsack arrived yesterday, speaking only Hindi, and they tried to upsell "extra costs", bcoz we are "foreign"!

Our Croma WhatsApp DMs advised demo & installation request, & a promise for mssg for next steps for installation. That didn't happen. Instead, two workmen carrying a sack of tools, who could only communicate in Hindi (we speak English). No pre-advisory call, no demo!
