The CoWin portal is a joke, with minimal connection with the real ground situation.CoWin shows covaxin jab available at a centre 50 kms away,I book appointment and get there,doc says they got just 1 vial that got over in 30 mins in the morning. Can't we ever get anything right???

@bigbasket_com Canned reply,unfortunate, but expected. All I'm saying is give the customer a delivery date which maybe 1 or 2 weeks later, and then leave it to the customer to choose whether to go ahead with the order or not. Is that so difficult?

@bigbasket_com I've been trying since Friday to place an order, but get the message "slots are unavailable,please try later" whenever I go back. I can understand there'll be delays in delivery, but why aren't you even taking orders ? I am in Bangalore.
