@KenyaAirways Bcoz of 3hrs & 30 minutes delay of KQ203, I missed my connecting flight. My son is not keeping well which I shared with KQ staff despite of that they are giving me the onward flight after 2 days. Pathetic services. No one in KQ bothers about the trauma of passengers

@IndiGo6E Today I am traveling from Mumbai to Kolkata. Despite having boarding pass and baggage tag, it took almost 60-70 mins to just drop a bag. Some of the counters were not opened.
Last time I flew from Mumbai to Raipur, it was the same scenario. Hope it will be better soon

Instead of landing at 1745 in Kolkata, it landed at 1815 today & it took another 60 mins to collect checkin bag. Bcoz of consistently delay in every stages, I missed my connecting train from Kolkata rlwy station & your indigo cost to Bagdogra is 11,000 for tomorrow

@airindiain My parents (sr citizens) after traveling frm Lagos to Mumbai via Qatar (20 hrs journey) having onward AI dom flight to Rpr from Mum today. Flight 1st rescheduled from 09:50 to 10:30 and than to 12:50 moreover they changed the gate 3 times caused much of inconvenience
