Here’s a fair deal for highly skilled immigrants stuck in limbo:

✅ Green card approved (I-140 approved) for 10+ years
✅ Paid Social Security & Medicare taxes
✅ Followed the law, no public benefits

They should get their green cards immediately.

They’re not jumping the border. They played by the rules. Why are they still waiting?

Wouldn’t this make more sense than debating birthright citizenship for their kids?

In 2017, @SenThomTillis’ SUCCEED Act was originally announced as a Senate companion to @carloslcurbelo’s RAC Act, which was the first dreamer legislation to include some documented dreamers.

However, language helping us was removed prior to Senate introduction of SUCCEED.

Eagle act helps make the system more fair. It isn’t perfect, and it does not actually end backlogs, but makes it more equitable, while improving process.

Those opposed due to lack of GC increase should have confidence in getting that done in the next decade (transition period).
