@Uber_Support @P_May1 Hey @Uber_Support @Uber - how about you take getting his refund for the $98 “ride” seriously and get it done? His ride with your intoxocated driver lasted 20 seconds. You charged his for a 4 hour ride - which included drivers car to impound. $98 to a college kid is a big deal.
