Dear @SpelthorneBC I hope the team are well. Please could the road known as Escot Rd (which leads to Tesco) can be inspected with a view to remedying the rainwater puddles. Each time it rain, the puddles form very quickly cause heightening the risk of splashing. Thanks
@SW_Help Unfortunately, I didn’t see this notice as the 05.28 service is always so reliable. Am I still liable for the full fare or can I claim compensation?
Lately @SW_Help - your wifi service has either not at all working despite the option to select the connection or extremely slow. Is there any particular reason for this? Would be great if an overhaul is implemented

@nicola_bowen24@TfL It’s been an absolute terrible service over the past few weeks. Similarly, i was awaiting 25 minutes from Hounslow Central this morning. In fact, a tube did arrive 10 minutes into waiting, but it stated “Not in Service”.
Hi @SCsupport, hope the team are keeping well, may I ask, in relation to the Go subscription, what is the difference between liking a track to downloading a track when taking into account storage? Also, how do I access the downloaded tracks which have not been liked? Cheers
