@HiltonHotels Ur Cincinnatian Hotel is a HOT MESS. Been sitting in the lobby over 3 hrs waiting on a room I checked into on the app yesterday. Why offer online check in if u can’t turn rooms over. sold out last night & 2nigbt. Pull staff from other hotels.
