If FDA decides that vape shops have the regulatory equivalent of diplomatic immunity, that'd be better than a ban.

But I worry that Conway, even though she has pushed for this ban, does not actually know what FDA is banning. Giving false hope to vapers will just make it worse.

Though I do believe the cited 75% has drastically increased recently. The latest cdc figure of self reporting thc products is (as of October 15th) 86%. Which is a much higher self reporting than I would have expected, given its legality.
