There's a series of panels where the Flash saves everyone in an exploding building. Than, to help the people he saved not have their lives be completely ruined, he proceeded to use his speed force powers to learn how to construct another apartment building, and reconstructed the building before the people could process this, even replacing a little girls doll. He than replaced the doll again because she was picky about the hair. He did this all in the span of maybe like a minute or two.

Other Flash's have done equally bizarre things, like Reverse Flash outrunning his own dying brain due to a headshot Flash Point Batman got him with when he was slippen.

I'm not saying Quicksilver isn't potent. Speedsters as a rule are broken, I'm just saying the speed force is some bullshit.
