@Bergkamp_esque true. But being rational and reasonable contingencies are not foreseeable & u can't be prepared for that.

[Desai Bindi @infinitebindi]

@Bergkamp_esque I am stating loophole (if it is) then why u gt confirmation at 1st instance. What in emergency cases,final exams or anythng

It is unfortunate that corruption was institutionalised. The time has come to change this. The time for middlemen is over: PM

@sureshpprabhu I am a law student, studying in Mumbai, booked a ticket on 7th Aug from St to Mum (12936), was W/L 1.

[Kishan Dhabuwala @kishandhabhwala]

@infinitebindi @RailMinIndia @infinitebindi agree with your view.
I have been through this, please take some necessary action to fix this problem @RailMinIndia

[Desai Bindi @infinitebindi]

@RailMinIndia we, the people, has to wait for the final chart, even if we received confirmation msg irrespective of level of emergency ?

[Desai Bindi @infinitebindi]

@RailMinIndia meaning there is no certainty about railways confirmation msg ?

[Desai Bindi @infinitebindi]

@RailMinIndia So in that case, no one who has received confirmation can be sure if their seat is confirmed. Is that what you are suggesting?
