@_mstrdom Why would I give up my clearance? What’s the current role? Is the pay differential a substantial amount? If current salary is $130 or less then yes. If current salary is 150 not much difference in taxes stay put. Location also matters.

Besides having a secured neighborhood what are hoa associations using the yearly fees for? Almost everyone has ring/vivint. The city cleans the street. I had to pay a fine because my lawn wasn’t mowed due to traveling. What is this fee being used for exactly? I would rather use donate it to a charity organization.
