When did you start sucking so bad? I've sent out 16 packages from my small business in the last month on 2-Day Ground and you've been able to delivery exactly 4 of them on time. That's a 25% success rate. I'd be out of business if that was my track record. DO BETTER!

Question: Has anyone who cancelled a flight on @FlyFrontier at the beginning of the pandemic (say Feb, Mar) found that when they called to use the credit @FlyFrontier is saying that we forfeited the flight (credit) because we were a no-show on the day of the flight? Blatant theft
