@HelenaMorenoLA At MSY baggage claim. Customers, including dozens of blind individuals here for the NFB convention, waited 2 hours for any info about baggage delay, but instead of providing explanations, police were guarding the locked doors to the @united office. (1/)

No announcements were made during this whole debacle about the luggage delay. There was no info on the boards. Hundreds of people were confused & frustrated. A simple explanation would’ve helped. @united owes these visitors and the city an apology. (3/)
