@PokemonGoApp The whole game was trashed during a major event (not just raids- pvp and rocket battles too). This is unacceptable. So many lost multiple remote passes, lucky eggs, etc etc. $$$ down the drain and they want us to reach out. Hail to tha nahhh. They better try again…

@PokemonGoApp Rocket battles, pvp battles and raids were totally broken for HOURS during this event. Many people took time out of their day to meet up w/ friends/family and the whole experience was a total letdown. Way more compensation is due!!!

@NianticHelp I have updated my app twice since the incense came out and there’s no current update. I have restarted my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app which has been a real pain but it made the incense worse. As in I’m not getting any spawn now

@PokemonGoApp @NianticHelp Also the troubleshooting guides are no help at all. How about making sure a new feature is free of bugs before rolling out. Everything is always a fail. So Niantic
