I checked most of their responses I noticed the same thing They have been responding to customers with the same words for more than two years They will tell you you should wait We do not close accounts without a clear reason We care about our customers If they put a robot to do this work, it would be better than making people repeat the same words 🤣 @wise
I've noticed that you're closing a large number of accounts. Customers are even reaching out through your personal account in an attempt to communicate with you. While you might not respond to my comment, I believe it's important for others to know the truth about what's happening. You're closing accounts without prior warning and freezing some people's funds for over 9 months under the guise of verification. Is this a standard practice for banks?
