@tikves Glad you figured it out, Ali. We always aim to move your money as quickly as possible, though bank processing hours, weekends and holidays can affect when it arrives. Here's more info on that: https://t.co/Uz7uLARD3J
@lircinema We can see why this is frustrating after trying three banks. Check common reasons for a declined cash withdrawal here: https://t.co/XE61weXoaZ. If it keeps happening, DM us your registered email or membership number so we can look into it.
@Bonigala@EmiratesNBD_AE We can see how frustrating it is to have the payment rejected. Please ask the sender to use the SWIFT/BIC and IBAN shown in your AED account details exactly as listed. SWIFT routing can use different intermediary banks. If you still need help, DM us and we can take a closer look.
@Gijoukhalifa Please note, that we don't use bots to support our customers here on X. But, if you're ever caught in the automated loop when DMing, just type "Get Started", and a live agent will get back to you ASAP. That said, we've replied to your DM with more info, feel free to check it out.
@poneilinOttawa We're human here, Peter. And it's certainly never our intention to make it hard for you to get in touch with us. That said, we've gotten back to your DM with more info. When you have a moment, please take a look.
"0% fees" doesn't mean free 🚨
It means the fee is hidden in the exchange rate or somewhere else.
The reality is that Australian banks are charging markups of up to 3.92% while advertising $0 transfer fees 🕵️ That hidden gap cost Australians $6 billion in 2025 alone. And regulators? Still treating disclosure as optional.
We won't stand for it! We need mandatory disclosure of all fees including FX markups against a uniform, independent benchmark rate, so Australians can get a financial system more built on honesty.

@JeziiBlac Hey there! There's a workaround for this 😉️ You can use Jars to lock specific currencies — they're completely separate from your Main Account and can't be spent with your card or used for outgoing transfers. Here's more information: https://t.co/4K3lLKhi9q

@sjoerdcopier Hey, Sjoerd. Sorry for the inconvenience. If your business is registered in Malaysia, it won't be possible to hold money on it. We apply withdrawal limits (which are reviewed periodically) to ensure we can operate safely and responsibly. Still, we understand your frustration.
@faizalshah01@uTest Hey, Faisal. It's currently not possible to receive money to your personal Wise account if you're an Indian resident. However, it is possible if you have a business account. You can see what features we offer here: https://t.co/67bRLayZPz
DM us if you have any other questions!
@hodeefahod5357 Hey. We completely understand how disruptive it can be to have no access to your money. We're required to occasionally run security/verification checks on customers — during this, account capabilities are limited.
If you have an emergency, please call us ASAP: ...
@AshleyZambranoC Hey, Ash. Card payment methods for BRL were discontinued from 27 November 2024 onwards. We removed this, as the high fees of this method didn't meet our standards in the region.
However, if you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to DM us. We're happy to help.
