@Uber_Support Hi everyone. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve been waiting for the background check to complete since August 4th. Uber support keeps telling me it will take 1–3 business days, but nothing changes.

Waiting for my background check since Aug 4. It has been paused 3 times, and Uber keeps asking me to wait another 1–3 days. I’ve received no request for additional documents. I’m a Diamond driver, and Uber is my only source of income. Please help resolve this. @Uber @Uber_Suppor
