Released additive screen blending - smth that we thought is not possible on mobile device. in @ShapesXR you can now simulate real FOVs of various AR glasses (including Meta Orion) and you can check you design the way waveguide displays actually render it in the real world.
@afoxdesign@semateos@ShapesXR funny enough when we were on Steam for many years with our product Tvori everyone was asking about Quest support and saying powerful PC is the biggest limitation.
What about GalaxyXR? It's expensive but has eye tracking, Gemini and quite performant
We were busy shipping in 2025 as if XR was the fastest growing market. But we do care about our users and clients, they are ahead of competition anyway.

Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses and Neural Band are ready for purchase, working incredibly well! Brown look smaller and lighter than black.
And you can start building for it now (even if you don't have the one yet) with #Quest3 or #Quest3S
Early Access to Animation is LIVE in @ShapesXR !
The prototype you see here? Built in under 15 minutes using our intuitive new Animation Mode.
Would be awesome if you help us to polish this powerful feature and join the early access build, just fill out this form https://t.co/3oQvYanDRy
@r0bwiki @_jamesoloughlin@tom_krikorian @r0bwiki at least people designing and working on XR should spend time in a headset, sadly enough there are XR designers designing for this new medium who don't spend a minute in the device and have very little experience with the context of the user they are designing for
We are truly excited to showcase the incredible work done by the University of Nebraska Medical Center @UNMC_iEXCEL. With the help of @ShapesXR the team was able to speed up the design of Skullbase VR: a VR training they created to help neurosurgery and Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) residents better understand the anatomy of the skull.
You can find the full case study right here https://t.co/k7YcxcfQaz
These are the 3 NEW @ShapesXR features you must try:
1- The new PBR shaders you can change roughness, metalness and more to get some very fancy looks
2- The built-in material library is massive. It includes concrete, bricks, dirt, tiles, asphalt and sooooooooooooooo much more.
3- The Skyboxes make a world of difference and add stunning lighting & reflections to your scene.
Have you tried them already? What is your favourite?
With @ShapesXR new materials & skybox updates just released it's turning into a nice art sketchbook along with a design tool. Few weeks ago I had a vision of a rainbow bridge going between portal doors in the night sky all around me.

It was a pleasure to attend the #MetaInsightInnovationDay, hosted by @Meta in London, and showcase the power of the @Logitech#MXInk.
Special thanks to Aidan Kehoe and Adam Howell for the invitation and of course Albert Mauri and Gabriele Romagnoli for giving hands-on demonstrations of the power of accessible creative tools to many curious and engaged participants.
Since launching @ShapesXR at the end of 2021, we've seen an incredible adoption from education community: 180+ universities from around the globe have reached out and requested licenses to integrate ShapesXR into their curriculum, collaboration, and research.
To support this momentum, we’ve launched a dedicated Education page on our website https://t.co/9rvtcTDaeI
It features major use cases for XR in education, case studies from pioneering institutions (many more in work), guidance on leveraging XR to become the school of choice for ambitious students & partners.
Check it out and let’s shape the future of learning together!
Heading to @Official_GDC ! If you're working on XR projects—games, experiences, apps, I’d love to connect. Even if you’re already well familiar with @ShapesXR (and if you’re in XR, you definitely are! 😉), we’ve been cooking up something next-level that’s still under wraps.
I’d love to give you an exclusive demo, hear your feedback, and see how our team can help you build faster, smarter, and better spatial 3D content.
Feel free to drop a note at [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
“We’re discovering that @ShapesXR can bring learning to life by allowing students to build and explore 3D worlds together in VR, making complex subjects—from microbiology to interior design — tangible and fun." - share Bruce Wolcott, Faculty Lead, @BellevueCollege XR Lab and Drew Stone, Bellevue College XR Lab Coordinator.
