@ibexpress_help No offense on the airline itself. I just do not like the fact that I got discriminated and almost spent an extra 200euros on my flight because of the employee. + It is a fact that I flew on @iberiaexpress

It is with great sadness and anger that I post this article on Twitter. I arrived at the check-in counter more than an hour before departure to board @iberiaexpress from Barcelona to Madrid today. The agent firmly telling me that I had to get out of line and book a new flight because check-in was closed, she accepted the next guest. I couldn’t understand the situation, so I went to the window of another employee and asked for help. I was totally dumbfounded and went back to the employee who sent me back, but she didn't even look at me.

Seeing these ridiculous attitude towrds a customer, discrimination of race, and the status of staff management, I have decided not to fly with the airline anymore.

I want you all to think again about this airline that puts petty, bigoted, racist employees at their desks.
