@sonjaferne I meant.... she is of a certain generation, that came through the school system before there were diagnoses for 'neural-diversity' or additional awareness- or skills- training in order to successfully manage

My suggestion @sonjaferne is consider the possibility that she can't do everything & doesn't know it. She's a neuro diverse woman-of-a-certain-age. She was put in place by the PMO which then ignored the reports (because the staffers suffering were mostly women?) for too long.

Happy International Women's Day @sonjaferne. I'm so glad we started the day by working to understand each other & our disgraced GG. (At NASA, she thrived in a highly structured military environment where she was a subordinate. She was set up to fail by the PMO & roasted by CBC.)

@inigofilms I agree. I blame PMO but she isn’t innocent re treatment of staff. Did she get away with such behaviour at NASA? Maybe she did because they needed her skill set. In that case it could be over looked. PMO needs to stop looking for star power. Johnson was excellent GG.

@sonjaferne @shawnmicallef Do you know people who are neuro-diverse -- who excel at a suite of tasks, & / but have cognitive deficits. They are brilliant coders in physics or they thrive in extremes where decisions have life & death consequences but they can't light up a room?
