Shipped another huge DX win for @styleframe_dev! Utility classes are now minified automatically at build time.

The `pnpx styleframe dtcg export` command emits spec-conformant W3C DTCG JSON. Figma reads it. Style Dictionary reads it. Tokens Studio reads it.
