Though really, the whole Out There sequence in HUNCHBACK is an overwhelming experience, a staggering statement of artistic and thematic intention that echoes across the rest of the film. I’ve never not been totally and utterly shattered by it.

You know, I’ve watched a lot of Disney animation in my time, but I genuinely think this shot from THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME might be the single most beautiful shot in any Disney animated film. It’s beyond description.

Among the titles announced today to be removed from Disney+ is this gorgeous documentary on the great Howard Ashman. It’s unclear how, when and if it will ever be made available again, so if you haven’t seen it yet, make sure not to miss it!

Per Variety, Disney will remove ‘HOWARD,’ along with other 26 titles, from Disney+ and Hulu due to cost-cutting reasons.

The film documents the life of Howard Ashman, the legendary lyricist who worked on ‘The Little Mermaid,’ ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Aladdin.’

Finally finished writing the episode on THE LION KING for @inkpaintpod, after months of work on it in between my masters and my a new job. It’s the longest single episode I’ve written so far.

I know this season is taking SO long to finish, but I think it’ll be worth the wait.
