@LAPDVTD My cousin’s husband was involved in major motorcycle crash on the Los Angeles County side of the Santa Susana Pass. They have made several attempts to obtain an accident report but have not had much luck. This crash happened on November 30th. They were told a report could be available within 32-34 weeks! In my opinion, in the digital age we live in, this completely unexpected! Additionally, there should be both compassion and urgency given to them. @ATTHelp I have been on hold for 40 minutes with an agent trying to provide proof that the shipment has been lost by USPS and they are telling me there is no way to provide that. I would like this to be resolved. They are telling me they are waiting for the device.
