Stockport County season ticket holder Isaac Hague turned 8 today and couldn't have a birthday party with his friends. In the last month he's also missed the chance to play on Edgeley Park 🏟

His favourite County player @dannylloyd1 gave him a call and made his day instead!

It’s time, once again, to say WELL DONE to @CHPSchool football team, who’ve made it 3️⃣ wins from 3️⃣ in the inter school league! To come away with a THIRD win, despite being two players down this week, is testament to your determination and attitude 👍🏼
