Tempus has unveiled PRISM2, a new pan-cancer multimodal AI model developed with Microsoft Research that can analyze whole-slide pathology images to detect and characterize cancers across many different tissue types. The model demonstrated best-in-class performance across cancer detection, biomarker prediction, and patient prognosis, with the results published in Nature Medicine, one of the world’s most prestigious scientific journals.

PRISM2 was trained on 2.3 million pathology slides and 14 million diagnostic question-answer pairs, allowing it to analyze tissue images through simple clinical prompts and produce diagnostic-grade insights. AI-enhanced cancer diagnosis is the beginning. The same foundation-model architecture can expand across cancer types, treatment selection, recurrence prediction, biomarker discovery, and clinical research. This feels like the tip of the iceberg for what $TEM’s proprietary data and multimodal AI platform can become.

FSD just drove through a torrential downpour on and off highways, with indecisive drivers all around. Never felt safer. Was a pleasure to watch the car calculate every move it needed to make for ultimate safety and smoothness.

If you don't own a Tesla, may I recommend you highly consider it as your next vehicle, as well as for your aging parents, or disabled friends, if you have them. Manual driving is quickly becoming obsolete.

I will never own any other car.
