AI has the potential to help build a culture Leaders dream of:
- More productive employees and teams when distributed in problem areas lacking expertise or process
- Happier, smarter employees because they're dedicating more time to the parts of their jobs that matter the most
AI is a flywheel.
Once you start, though, the only thing in your way of success is poor talent fit or poor leadership/vision.
Be careful what you wish for ๐คฃ
AI has made it astronomically easier for brands to become media companies.
Train models on your brand tone/POV and design guide to:
-Summarize news specific to the problems you solve
-Suggest news jacking blog topics
-Draft social posts and ads
-Mockup graphics
All of a sudden you decide a podcast/webinar series fits perfectly into your media machine. This wasn't even on your radar a year ago.

Start with questions like:
What tasks currently take too long?
What parts of existing processes should be better?

A big part of accomplishing that, which far too many leaders and organizations overlook (and I used to as well), is making their employee's feel as invaluable as their contributions.
We tend to get management all wrong.
We view it as:
- A promotion, when itโs a career change
- Becoming the quarterback, when itโs joining the coaching staff
- A step up, when itโs an act of service
- An add-on responsibility, when our team should be our primary focus

Knowledge is the currency of content marketing.
Your customers will trade their hard earned dollars if you can share what you know in a digestible manner.
Nailing the basic elements of SEO gets you there much faster though.
You should be proud of working hard.
You should be proud of earning for your family and making sure those you love are taken care of.
But you should also be proud of the source of those earnings and the work you decide to do that takes you away from those you love.
