Arrests for Wearing Hijab Expand Across Afghanistan ;

In a concerning development, the arrest of women for wearing the hijab has expanded beyond Kabul and now includes Bamyan, Ghazni, Herat, Balkh, Daikundi, Parwan, and Panjshir provinces. Today, reports emerged of the arrest of three girls by the Taliban in Balkh province for wearing the no hijab.

This action by the Taliban is seen as a direct violation of the United Nations charter and the principles of various human rights organizations operating in Afghanistan. The international community is closely monitoring the situation, with calls for immediate cessation of these human rights abuses.

The Taliban's actions have sparked outrage and concern, both domestically and internationally, as they continue to infringe upon the rights and freedoms of Afghanistan women.
