@AppleSupport my sister bought a couple of Apple products from Costco and added AppleCare. She received the email with attachments for the AppleCare but when she opens the PDF files they are blank. How can we get actual documentation showing we have AppleCare on the items bought

@AppleSupport hello, I just bought a couple of iPads from Costco and added the AppleCare. Costco’s systems are down and said that either we go to Apple and have you added it to our device or do it online. If I was to add the AppleCare online where would I be able to do it?
