Monroe Co residents whose homes were seriously damaged or destroyed by recent storms may visit the SCCAP office located at 1500 W. 15th Street, Bloomington, IN 47404 to apply for Emergency Hotel Vouchers. SCCAP will scan these completed forms to @IHCDA for review and approval.

Morgan County residents whose homes were seriously damaged by the severe storms may visit the Morgan Co SCCAP office, located at 159 W. Morgan Street, Martinsville, IN 46151 to apply for Emergency Hotel Vouchers. We will scan the completed forms to @IHCDA for review and approval.
