If Trump cared about that he wouldn't be blowing up boats from a country that doesn't manufacture or distribute fentanyl and he wouldn't have the border checkpoints under-manned in places like Arizona where I live. Fentanyl comes from Mexico through checkpoints. It's almost like Trump needs fentanyl deaths and overdoses to support his crackdowns and overreach so he isn't trying to fix or solve the problem.
