Gothic horror was always a misrepresentation of Shadow hearts. Its a story about finding levity when you can when the world is at war and monsters are real in every way.

What's funny about Shadow Hearts is that each game kept distancing further away from the gothic horror atmosphere Koudelka originally had and became more comedic

Guys you need to be prepared for one thing:

PlayStation is going to keep breaking records over the next 1–2 years. They’ll tell you how amazing they are and sell you the narrative that there was nothing you could do about it.

GTA VI will be a huge reason behind that success, and if we’re being realistic, there’s not much we can do about it. The hype for GTA VI is simply too massive.

BUT REMEMBER ONE THING - there is a time after GTA.

When I say Sony will fall, I don’t mean they’re going to collapse tomorrow. What I expect is that around 2028–2029 their current wave of success will gradually start to fade and more and more people will move to other systems if Sony continues being this greedy and pursuing these policies.

Don’t let future narratives blind you. The entire PlayStation brand is being carried by GTA right now. They may continue winning in the short term, but in the long run, I believe they will lose.
