@SpcialNdsJungle Also, #everyteacherateacherofsend. Qualifications for a sendco just continuing the pattern of school sendcos being accountable and responsible. Class teachers need to know how to teach pupils with send. Starting with itt but also ALL training should include send, not afterthought
