a new record today as 23 pints of mystery water leaked into my flat, luckily this issue has finally (maybe) been deigned as an ‘emergency’ by @SHGroupUK @SHGcustomers - what this little drip an emergency? who know? Fancy that! Let’s see how long a fix takes to come to fruition

.@SHGcustomers .@SHGroupUK today in less than 24 hours, almost 20 pints worth of water leaked into my flat, yet you still won’t respond to my emails and/or messages to resolve this, and send an emergency leak detection agency. This is now 9 weeks of frustration.

Yesterday in the space of 8 hours - over 9 pints of water leaked onto my apartment managed by @SHGroupUK @SHGcustomers - this leak was reported over 9 weeks ago and yet they still can’t send an emergency service out till the 24th of June. Excellent work.

it’s really kind of @SHGroupUK @SHGcustomers to leave me with a leak that I reported 8-weeks ago and has resulted in considerable damage and stress, they have been about as compassionate as a crocodile - who else is having issues?!
