EU Chat Control.
They want to scan your messages, pictures and emails in guise of protecting the children, but they don't have a problem with Muslim Rape Gangs (immigration) in UK and Germany, for example.
It's another globalist bullshit.
314 MEPs voted against ‘Chat Control’. The EU said ‘close enough’ and brought back the right to scan your PRIVATE DM’s anyway…

🇪🇺 EU PARLIAMENT FAILS TO BLOCK CHAT CONTROL 1.0, EXTENSION TO 2028 MOVES FORWARD
The European Parliament failed to block the extension of “Chat Control 1.0,” allowing voluntary scanning of certain private, unencrypted communications to continue until 2028 or until a permanent replacement is agreed.
A majority of voting MEPs backed ending the regime, but the motion fell short of the required 361 votes, failing 314-276. Former MEP Patrick Breyer called the result “a farce,” arguing it undermines democracy and delays a more targeted child protection framework.
The transitional framework permits voluntary scanning of private, unencrypted messages by providers such as Gmail, iCloud, Instagram, Discord, Snapchat, Skype and Xbox messaging to detect child sexual abuse material.
Critics argue the system has produced large numbers of false reports while failing to demonstrate measurable improvements in prosecutions or child rescues.
Negotiations on the permanent “Chat Control 2.0” proposal are set to resume in September.
Europe passed chat control. That means that they can now (officially/legally) read your every text, scan your every photo, read every email, examine every communication, build an entire inescapable 24/7 digitally surveilled profile on you, to arrest you for sending memes while they let grooming gang members roam free. It’s a dark day for Europe and a coming soon preview for America if we allow this to happen.
🇪🇺 The EU just passed Chat Control 1.0 in Brussels.
Platforms can now scan your private messages again, officially "voluntary," in practice blanket surveillance.
Here's the democratic scandal: 314 MEPs voted against it. Only 276 voted for it.
It passed anyway... because an absolute majority of all MEPs was required to reject it, not just a majority of those present.
More people voted no than yes. It still passed.
Pushed through on an urgent procedure just before summer recess, when absences are highest and attention is lowest.
This is how rights disappear folks. Not in one dramatic moment, but in procedural fine print, on a slow news day, while everyone's looking at Tehran.

‼️🇪🇺 A black day for freedom and civil rights in Europe.
The European Parliament has voted in favour of "chat control." The lapsed derogation that lets platforms scan private messages for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is back into force until 2028.
Parliament killed this same text 311 to 228 in March. Today it passed.
How it passed also matters, it was a democracy undermining move from The European People's Party (EPP), the largest group in Parliament, who revived the Council's text as a second-reading position, meaning it stood unless an absolute majority of all MEPs, at least 361, voted to reject or amend it.
mass surveillance is coming
> first 5 votes fail
> have another vote
> invoke technicality to require majority to vote AGAINST rather than requiring majority to vote FOR
> do it when everyone's on vacation so not enough numbers to vote against
