We ALSO agree palliative care should be improved, it's not either/or. Pall care will never be able to relieve all suffering for everyone at the end of life. Dying patients should have both options. Where assisted dying is legal, vast majority who choose it are under hospice care.

@amylilithlou Silly. Buying organic, ethically reared animals- hopefully ones which are slaughtered locally, with processes which minimise fear &trauma, is clearly better than buying factory meat. Ethically as pure as veganism? no, but still better. So give it a rest, honestly
