PEPPER reports, published by @eurofound, are the central publication in the field of employee financial participation in the EU. PEPPER V highlights the European ESOP model and presents the precedent set in Slovenia by IED.

The report, which also includes national chapters, provides a detailed overview of employee ownership developments in Slovenia and describes the first implementation of the ESOP model in Europe at the company INEA.

They will embark on this year-long Fellowship programme together, which provides them with;

🤝 Curated support including introductions to leading advisors and mentors, and opportunities to connect with other practitioners in the sector in Europe and beyond.

📢 Support with amplifying their impact through online communications and advocacy support.

🌍 Join a regionally connected and globally embedded community of changemakers.

The union of delivery workers @MladiPlus successfully carried out the first strike of delivery workers in Slovenia. This marks an important milestone in the fight for workers' rights in the gig economy, an area where we witness the most extreme legal forms of labor exploitation.
