Why do some ‘super avoiders’ never develop cancer?

Team ATLAS has launched its global effort to uncover the answer.

In a new commentary published in @CellCellPress, the researchers propose that naturally occurring antibodies could help explain why certain individuals appear to have a natural resistance to cancer.

Supported by an expanded coalition of funding partners, including @BCRFcure and the Susan Wojcicki Foundation, alongside the Torrey Coast Foundation and @CR_UK, team ATLAS is investigating the immune mechanisms that may underpin this remarkable natural protection.
