🚨BREAKING: Paramount just won Warner Bros. Discovery after Netflix walked away from the bidding war.

Netflix had a $72 billion deal signed in December.

Paramount came in with a hostile takeover bid at $30 per share and the Warner board called it the superior offer.

Netflix said matching it was no longer "financially attractive."

Pending regulatory approval, Paramount now owns Warner Bros., HBO, CNN, TNT, TBS, and Food Network.

David Ellison took control of Paramount last August and made this his top priority.

Six months later, he just reshaped Hollywood.
