काफी ऐसे केस मिले हैं जिनमे लोगों ने 20 साल जेल में काटा हैं और बाद में निर्दोष साबित हुए हैं। लेकिन उनका परिवार बर्बाद हो गया

सब कुछ ख़त्म हो गया और शिकायतकर्ता पर कोई ठोस कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।

लेकिन अब झूठी गवाही देने वालों पर शिकायत FIR या हलफनामा दाखिल करने पर सजा का प्रावधान किए जाने वाली जनहित याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गंभीर सुनवाई कर सरकारों को नोटिस जारी किया हैं

अगर शिकायतकर्ता झूठी शिकायत करता हैं तों उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही का प्रावधान होगा।

अब उन्हें माफ नहीं बल्कि भारी भरकम दंड दिया जाएगा ताकि कोई झूठी शिकायत करने से पहले हजार बार सोचे।

In Vidisha (near Sanchi, Madhya Pradesh), there stands a single stone pillar locally known as Khamba Baba. For centuries, locals worshiped it w/o knowing what was written on it.

The pillar was 1st documented by archaeologist Alexander Cunningham in 1877, though the inscriptions remained hidden under layers of vermilion paste. After the coating was cleaned & the Brahmi text in Prakrit form came to light in the early 20th century, the Indian epigraphist D.R. Bhandarkar produced a seminal transliteration, translation & analysis of the inscription that proved monumental in establishing its historical significance.

The inscription reads verbatim: "This Garuda-standard of Vasudeva, the God of Gods, was constructed here by Heliodoros, a Bhagavata, son of Dion, a native of Taxila, an ambassador of the Greek King Antialcidas to King Bhagabhadra..."

Heliodorus was not an Indian. He was a Yavana sent by the Greek King Antialcidas of Taxila.

By 113 BCE, over a century before Christianity & centuries before Islam, a Greek diplomat sent on an official political mission publicly declared himself a Bhagavata (a devotee of Vasudeva/Krishna) & erected a Garuda pillar at his own expense.

On the back of the same pillar, Heliodorus had 3 specific verse principles carved as the essence of his adopted faith:

- Dama (Self-restraint)
- Tyaga (Renunciation/Generosity)
- Apramada (Vigilance/Mindfulness)

This is physical stone evidence sitting in Madhya Pradesh proving that 2100 yrs ago, Greek intellectuals traveling to India were so profoundly moved by Vaishnava philosophy that they embraced it & carved their faith into granite.

VIDEO | Pune: NSA Ajit Doval receives Lokmanya Tilak National Award 2026. Speaking on the occasion, he says, "I share a small connection with Pune. About 76 years ago, I came to this city when my father was posted here with the Army. Perhaps very few people in this hall today would have been in Pune before that time. When I arrived, I began my schooling here. I stayed in Pune for about a year to a year and a half before my father was transferred to the Army Headquarters in Delhi. I have forgotten many things from that period, but two memories remain vivid. The first is that every Tuesday my mother would take me to the Chaturshringi Temple. There, a thick, sweet traditional bread would be offered to the goddess along with other offerings. After returning home, we would eat the prasad, which I enjoyed very much. My mother had deep faith in the temple. The second memory is from my school, where it was customary to hold an assembly after the morning prayer. During the assembly, a senior teacher would speak for 10 to 15 minutes on topics such as morality, the lives of great personalities, the duties of students, or other inspiring subjects. One of our Hindi teachers, who was an excellent speaker, delivered a lecture on the life of Bal Gangadhar Tilak. That was my first introduction to Lokmanya Tilak, when I was around five years old, and it later sparked my interest in learning more about him and his life in Pune. I could never have imagined that, 76 years later, I would return to the same city to receive an award instituted in his memory. It is truly my good fortune."
