@ziontree It’s a bear. I did it for one of my books, mainly because I wanted it to be in my own voice (since the book was). The next three books…nope. To me it’s worth the experience, but only once. Happy I did it, but I never want to do it again.
#Fissionary is BACK for season 4. And boy, has it been a busy year 😤
Mary & Jordan are kicking off this season with a refresher on the current situation that #nuclear finds itself in.

Awesome time at @IntlSpyMuseum last night for Spy Fest! In addition to engaging with several hundred attendees, I got a chance to play with a real Enigma machine (thanks to @NatCryptoMuseum and @intelhistorian for sharing it)
🎥 In case you missed it, the National Archives online program "Inside the Vault: Secret Messages, Ciphers, Codes, and Cryptology in American History," featuring speakers from @NatCryptoMuseum, is now available on our YouTube channel: https://t.co/Mt2NQYp0PY
#TechTuesday: NCSC’s Wall of Spies Artifact, the Lorenz SZ 40/42, known as TUNNY. This encryption machine was used by the German High Command during WWII, but its code was broken by the British, yielding insights into German strategy and helping the Allies in the D-Day invasion.
@USNavy Want to learn more about secret messages, ciphers, codes, and cryptology? Join us tonight at 6 p.m. ET, on our YouTube channel for the latest episode of our Inside the Vault program with guests from @NatCryptoMuseum: https://t.co/2qHhs7evDs

I suck at self-promotion, but since it’s the gift-giving season…I’ve written three books. People outside my family have enjoyed them.
Nuking the Moon (quirky history!)
The Nuclear Spies (more serious, but spooks, nukes, and Nazis)
Covert City (the city built by spies)
