I love the T-shaped framework when it comes to developing skills - develop a broad range of interests, but go deep on 1 competence.

The point is to start acting and learning. Kick up a bunch of dust and learn from the results. A lot of us are brought up to be great planners, which works great for structured problems, but when it comes to something big, ambiguous and uncertain, the only way to learn is to act.

If you are a 1st-time founder, you will inevitably procrastinate on some "painful" and ambiguous problems. Here's a 3-step process to break through that barrier and achieve results.

3. Iterate

This is where the rubber hits the road. Just go through the list and execute. If it's a list of VCs, do whatever you can to reach out. Same for candidates.
